Bended - But Not Broken

This guitar instrumental waltz is a little taste of the upcoming instrumental album BLUE TIDE. The album was mainly recorded in August 2024, after moving to the Blues village Skånevik in Etne kommune in April that year. This little village has had a remarkable drawing to great artists around the world, like ZZ Top, Gary Moore, Alice Cooper, Jeff Back and many other great artists and bands. As a newcomer, I experienced a kind of magical blue horizon in some sunsets. It materialized quickly in a lot of new ideas I intuitively jumped into and recorded, 11 tracks in all.

This opening act; Bended, is song number two on the upcoming album, that has its call out…; that we really, more than ever, need to stand up for our human rights and cosmic values of oneness. That the purified now are bended, but still not broken.. that; nor can we ever be broken, if we decide to be in one with the divine love of God.

All music is written, arranged, produced and mixed by me Rey Larsen, where I also are playing all instruments. Except for drums on the four first tracks, played by Sindre Bakkåker, and Shane Fontayne who is playing electric guitars and mix on Nothing Works But Love.

Into The Light And On

This is my album number 24, where also this one is recorded in my own studio. Half of the songs are ones that has been waiting for a place in my musical library, all back from the eighties and on. Tracks nr. 1-3-7-9-10-11 is new songs.

It is a concept album trying to reflect the issus how we are culturally dressed to loose our lights during cultivation, and how this moment in history is at a pivotal point where humanity is pressed to wake up from their scars of self-denial and refine and cherish their inner cosmic light of love.

The flower from the Malva sylvesttis I photographed is used on the cover to symbolize the purity and the beauty from the wonders of creation. As a metaphor and portal into the Holy Spirit’s laws of size, where every creation is equally valued, and has its own remarkable place and diversity in the oneness of life.
